Service Price List
- Evaluation and Diagnostic fee is chargeable and non-refundable once your item is brought in for servicing. However may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
- Kindly note that charges below are non-conclusive due to certain cases where complexity of repair is unforeseen.
- Spare parts are strictly not for sale.
- Products that are 100% tightly sealed cannot be repaired as cosmetic damage would be extensive, making it irreparable. Please enquire with a support representative on alternatives available.
- Service charges are applicable only to local sets purchased from authorised retailers. Please read full terms and conditions on exports / sets purchased from non-authorised retailers by referring to our purchase policies.
