If your product develops a fault resulting from an inherent defect in normal usage conditions during the warranty period, Absoulte Sound will seek to repair or replace a new set for free (subject to stock availability).
Absolute Sound Distribution supports product warranty for items purchased from :
- All Absolute Sound Stores
- E-Store (www.audiobar.com.sg)
- All authorised retail outlets & online stores (see below for entire list)
- Warranty covers the cost of parts and associated labour required to correct such defects arising during the stated warranty period that commences with the original date of purchase.
- An original dated sales receipt or other proof of purchase in the form of an invoice is required for warranty validation. Failure to present these items, may invalidate warranty, any costs thereby to be borne by the owner.
- Warranty is considered void, when product has been tampered with, or serviced by a person/party other than Absolute Sound’s technical support team/ appointed technical support representative.
- Warranty shall terminate if the Serial number on the Product has been removed, tampered with or defaced.

All purchases are considered final, there will not be any returns / exchanges or refunds unless :
- Delay in the said arrival of pre-ordered goods
- Fault from an inherent defect from normal usage condition
If you are returning your item due to a fault from an inherent defect from normal usage condition :
- A one-for-one exchange will be done if item is brought in within 7 calendar days upon delivery/ collection
- Product has to be returned in original packaging with all accessories in tact, inclusive of free gifts (if applicable).
- Original Receipt / Gift Receipt have to be presented upon return
- Exchanged product carries the standard warranty period as issued by Absolute Sound Distribution effective from date of original invoice issued upon purchase
- Exchanges are subjected to stock availability
- Returns / Exchanges are only applicable to the same product model
- Exchange for different product model is applicable if product is unavailable . Top up is required for a product of a higher value.
- Any form of refunds will be in the form of credit note

Local warranty does not apply on products purchased from unauthorised retailers or unauthorised online stores.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Equipment imported by foreign nationals during their residency in Singapore are treated as parallel imports.
- Warranty scope is rendered on a case by case basis.
- Pre owned equipment, not originally issued in Singapore, are treated as parallel imports in a service requirement.
- Gifts purchased from unauthorised online retailers
Such sets are subjected to the following terms:
- A 100% surcharge on all labour and parts or non-service without explanation.
- A 10% admin charge of product retail value for approved one-for-one exchanges.
- There is no expedited service on parallel import sets. Local sets take precedence.
- Service warranty coverage will be applied (see below)
- All service sets are covered with a 3 months warranty, unless otherwise stated, for parts serviced from date of completion.
- Serviced equipment not collected within 60 days upon date of completion/invoice sent will be disposed off at the discretion of the management. No claims can be made thereafter.
- While utmost care will be taken by our service department, we will not be held responsible for condition of units sent for service without original packing.
- All charges are to be paid upon collection or delivery or before the release of the equipment.
- Absolute Sound will not be liable or responsible for any unforeseen problems arising from repaired unit as discussed or highlighted during consultation/ before commencement of repair.
- Should the same problem persist within the 3 months warranty period, Absolute Sound will either replace customer with a set of similar value or will refund customer all labour / spare part charges within 3-5 working days by cheque payment. Absolute Sound has the right to remove all spare parts used from the product that was serviced.
- Delivery charges / Evaluation charges are strictly non-refundable.
1-for-1 Exchange Items
- Exchanged product carries the standard warranty period as issued by Absolute Sound Distribution effective from date of original invoice issued upon purchase.
- Absolute Sound Distribution has the right deny exchange of equipment without complete packaging.
- One-for-one exchange is only valid for selected items within a specified period.
